Work Experience
  • Minimum 3 years 
  • Maximum 5 years (Experience in modeling with some mechanism analysis software such as Adams, Solidworks, RecurDyn, SIMPACK, MotionSolve)
Job Responsibilities
  • In the planning stage of vehicle development, we ask you to improve the efficiency of development by visualizing the specification range where the prerequisites and target performance can be realized or the target performance can be realized. 
  • Roadholding ability : Create CAE model for ride comfort, incorporate elastic body model 
  • Roadholding ability : Optimization calculations and CAE data analysis regarding ride comfort
  • Tentative 6 months to 1 year of deputation/training in Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan

Competencies
  • Experience in modeling with some mechanism analysis software such as Adams, Solidworks, RecurDyn, SIMPACK, MotionSolve, etc. 
  • Experience using structural analysis software such as MSC.Nastran and Altair Hyperworks. 
  • 1D-CAE experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Modelica, AmeSim, etc. 
  • Programming experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Excel, and other numerical computing software.
  •  Programming Experience with Python. 
  • Statistical knowledge for data analysis
  •  Experience using AI and machine learning. 
  • Experience using vehicle motion analysis software such as CarSim and CarMaker. 
  • Experience in MBD development at OEM. 
  • Japanese conversation. 
  • Experience in sensory evaluation of steering stability and riding comfort. 
  • Experience in performance development related to steering stability and ride comfort (mass production vehicle development).
  • Operation stability of vehicles at OEM, major component manufacturers, etc. Actual vehicle experiments and data measurement analysis experience
